To find what's going wrong here, you need to click on "Edit segment" button of your Trails Network and select all segments of this area by clicking on your CRTL key and drawing a box on the map.  We found 3 problems with this segment

1) Need to "Connect" and "Merge" segments

2) Need to "Clip" and "Connect" segment

3) Need to "Merge" segments

1) Need to"Connect" and "Merge" segments

If we zoom in #1 area we find that segments need to "Connect and Merge".   Here's how to fix it in this short video

2) Need to "Clip" and "Connect" segment

Again, by zooming in the #2 area, we found that we need to "Clip" a segment. Be sure to "Connect" all trail segments at your intersection, with the select tool you will probably need to attach node segment together.

3) Need to "Merger" segments

In the #3 area, we will need again to simply "Merge" segments of the same trail.

Publish your fix

After you publish your fixes by clicking on the "Publish" button, you need to ask Mapgears support team to rebuild your trail network topology.  This last step will ensure you to have a good routing response in your public map.
